Tip #1: Align with the right agent.

Your agent is an expert in the neighborhood and should be able to price your home right. Take the guess work out of it, get the home priced right from the start - to sell in record time.

Tip #2: Edit your items in the house.

The house should feel welcoming to the buyer, so they could see themselves there. When it comes to selling your home, the less items in your home the better, or the famous saying "Less is more",makes complete sense. Take those well used items either to storage or donate to your loved charity. Done editing your items ?? Think again and do a second round of editing room by room, so that perfect hard wood floor, or the bay window or other home features can Pop !!

Tips #3: During Open Houses and Showings, have a schedule for your pets and children.

That way, your children and pets don't feel neglected and you don't feel stressed. It will make your life a whole lot easier, when you schedule time away from home doing meaningful activities with your loved ones, during an open house or showings.
